This picture shows a two-bay unit in the workshop just before its despatch to the customer. It is 2.7m (106") wide, 172cm (68") high and 80cm (31.5") deep. One like this would cost £770 including VAT and delivery.

The double bay Custom B log store has an optional shelf in the right hand bay for kindling or morning sticks. The size is 270cm wide (106"), 170cm high (67") and 80cm deep (31"). It would cost £810 including VAT and delivery.

This customer in Cheshire wanted a 4m wide four-bay unit to fit against a garden fence. It is built as two two-bay units with a neat joining piece to tie them together. The overall size is 402cm wide (158"), 180cm high (71") and 70cm deep (28"). This would cost £1,310 including VAT and delivery.

The two-bay units range in price from £425 to £810 including VAT and delivery. These prices apply to delivery in mainland UK but we can quote for the additional cost of delivery to Northern Ireland or any of the islands.

This design was introduced with a main roof that slopes towards the back together with a short foward roof at the front to provide some weather protection.

Some of our customers have found that, where they have a space with a restricted height, the forward sloping roof of the Custom A log store gives a front opening height that is unrealistically low. The Custom B has been introduced to address these situations.

This log store is suitable for siting in front of a hedge or a garden wall. However, as any rain will drip off the rear edge, it is unsuitable for positioning against a house or shed wall unless a suitable gutter is provided. You will need to provide this yourselves.

Log stores of this pattern that are less than 55cm (21.5 inches) deep will have single board roof in front of the ridge as in the lower picture. Those that are more than 55cm deep will have a double board roof board in front of the ridge as in the upper picture as, with the added depth, we can provide better front weather protection.

There is an option to fit a kindling shelf to the right hand bay.
